Nauticat 52 for Sale

Hi, My dad has a Nauticat 52 that I am trying to help him sell. It works wonderfully, he has all of the finishing materials ready to go, but no time to do it. It was purchased back in 2005 after a hurricane and he put countless hours into it. ( his job has been reconstructing and working on boats, he has had an extremely successful business in Miami for 40 years but he is now retired and unable to do that kind of work) he bought the boat as a retirement project. My whole family lived on a sailboat for 14 years. I have an appraisal report from years ago listing it at 1million, even in its current unfinished (purely cosmetic) condition just because of all of the work and custom rigging and windows and everything that he has done. It’s an amazing boat, I wish we could finish it but unfortunately don’t have the time or money. He is hoping to sell it for a fraction of the price to someone in the nauticat community that can appreciate everything it is! It is a 1984. I can add pictures and the survey as well. Just trying to see if there is any interest. The boat is in Miami. He is happy to talk to anyone about it and answer any questions/schedule a time together to see it.
