I find sadness in writing this post. I’ve only owned my ‘85 NC 40 for a year and now must sell. Had a 3 year plan to sail to the Sea of Cortez in Mexico from Florida. Financial and medical, I could deal with one but not both at the same time. I’m currently on the hook in George Town, Bahamas and will be looking for a new owner late may when I return to Florida. I gave up my slip in Fort Lauderdale in March with a locked in slip at the Naval Air Station Pensacola. I would prefer to turn the boat over to someone on the east coast. The survey I had done is coming up on a year old and should be still valid. Let me know if you know someone looking. I’m Looking for $140k
